We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support the organization’s human resources operations. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy.

• Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

• Coordinate induction and training programs to ensure smooth employee integration.

• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and talent development activities.

• Generate HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
