The role involves hiring candidates for our partner companies across sectors like finance, BPO, sales, manufacturing, and IT. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for our client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client company requirements and job roles

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal database

• Conduct telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate suitability

• Schedule interviews with client companies and maintain proper follow-up

• Coordinate with candidates for joining, documentation, and updates

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)

• 0–2 years experience in recruitment or telecalling (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office & WhatsApp-based coordination

• Comfortable with target-based work
