Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Draft and publish accurate job descriptions tailored for diagnostics industry roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and healthcare/diagnostics-specific platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for roles like pathologists, lab technicians, phlebotomists, radiologists, sales & marketing executives, and operations staff.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS/HR database.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations during hiring.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent.
