We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team at Creative Valuers And Engineers to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).

  • Support in preparing HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.

  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general upkeep of office infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with service providers for housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

  • Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and related logistics for staff as required.

  • Maintain records of office assets and inventory.

  • Support in facility management and safety compliance documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
