We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or personnel files.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating reviews and tracking performance metrics.
Provide administrative support during goal-setting and evaluation cycles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 years of experience in an HR role
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
