Job Description:

Cub Malwa Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at our Ludhiana office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases

• Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking

• Handle onboarding and induction of new hires

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Coordinate training and development activities

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

• Support in organizing employee engagement events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 0-6 months of experience in HR or administrative roles (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
