Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Executive position in Human Resources for our clients based in Mumbai. The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, compliance and employee relations for two to three clients. The role is from office. It involves working directly under CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in any Recruitment and in any one area out of HR operations, HR compliance, salary processing.
Knowledge of HR processes and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency MS Office.
Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
MBA is good to have
