Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Employee Records & Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
Ensure HR database is up-to-date and accurate.
Support in preparing HR letters and documents (offer letters, experience certificates, etc.).
Attendance & Payroll Support:
Monitor employee attendance and leave management systems.
Coordinate with finance/payroll team to process salary inputs.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Statutory Compliance:
Maintain knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Support compliance with PF, ESI, and other legal/statutory requirements.
HR Reporting:
Generate regular reports related to HR metrics (joining, attrition, attendance, etc.).
Assist with audits and internal HR reporting requirements.
