● End to End Recruitment activities.
● Handling various Job Portals.
● To be involved in advertising like > Job Postings, Mass Mails, Mass SMS etc. ,
● Sourcing /Calling > Scheduling > Support Walk in Interviews >Follow ups > Onboarding support● Working on Zoho Recruit
● Achieve monthly revenue target by onboarding candidates according to client mandates● Handling client & Recruitment Events : (Optional)
● Ensuring timely monthly pay roll processing while maximizing efficiencies, maintaining operational standard and adhre to companies HR policies and procedures
● Handling employee benefits - Administration - Group Health Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Covid 19 Protocols, Monthly Adition & deletions
● Provide timely response to enquiry from the internal team, Govt. and 3rd party agencies utilizing knowledge and interpretation of policies, procedures and legislation
● Aggresively work on the implementation of recruting strategy to do headhunting of man power as per the exiting and future openings in the company
● Overseas processing of pay roll changes ( ex. new hires, terminations, appraisal and system upgrade)
● Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
.● Manage payroll tax audits
● Handle employee queries and arrange organization open session for all the team members on monthly basis
● Analize and respond to complex matter requiring comprehensive knowledge of payrolls policies and procedures
● Streamline the salary payment on time, managing the HR MIS
