We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring a positive work culture and smooth people operations as we scale.
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Develop and execute structured onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure smooth integration of employees into the company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with accounts.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Development
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
Assist in designing training and development initiatives.
Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
Performance Management
Support implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Track probation reviews, feedback cycles, and career progression plans.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of proven HR experience (preferably in startups/SMEs).
Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
