We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about people, processes, and organizational growth. As an HR Generalist, you will handle a wide spectrum of HR activities ranging from recruitment to payroll management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment & Selection: Manage end-to-end hiring process – job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Payroll Process: Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory norms.
Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and maintain records in HR systems.
HR Audit: Support internal HR audits, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Good understanding of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of payroll software/tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Energetic, approachable, and people-oriented.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role (Freshers with HR internships are welcome).
