ASV Legal LLP is seeking a capable and committed HR & Office Coordinator to oversee end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations in our fast-paced legal environment.
Full-cycle Recruitment: Draft and update precise legal job descriptions, source talent via job portals and LinkedIn, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct assessments, and onboard new hires.
HR Operations: Maintain attendance records, manage employee databases, and prepare salary statements with accuracy and discretion.
Compliance & Records: Ensure legal and HR documentation is updated and audit-ready.
Employee Engagement: Support a healthy work environment through transparent communication, conflict resolution, and timely redressal of workplace concerns.
Coordination & Communication: Serve as the link between employees and management, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
Graduate with 2–6 years of experience in HR coordination or recruitment (law firm experience is a bonus).
Proficient in sourcing tools and resume databases.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment.
Ability to handle confidential data and sensitive issues with maturity.
Comfortable with a 6-day work week.
In-hand salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000, with scope for performance-based growth.
