Role & responsibilities;
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Post job advertisements on job boards and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Assist in onboarding new employees (document collection, ID creation, orientation support)
2. HR Administration
Maintain employee personal files and HR databases
Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality
Help in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts
3. Payroll & Benefits Assistance
Collect timesheets and leave data for payroll processing
Help manage employee reimbursements and benefits queries
4. Policy Communication
Distribute and explain HR policies to new and existing staff
Ensure HR notices, updates, and forms are circulated properly
5. Employee Engagement Support
Assist in organizing internal events, birthday celebrations, and engagement activities
Gather feedback and help in executing HR initiatives
6. Compliance & Filing
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
File and manage statutory documents under supervision
7. Exit Formalities
Assist in conducting exit interviews and clearance processes
Collect IDs, access cards, and update offboarding records
Preferred candidate profile;
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count)
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with HR software or HRIS
Eager to learn, dependable, and team-oriented
