We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee benefits, policy implementation, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage end-to-end HR processes, including payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR operations.
Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive employee relations and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR audits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HRMS/ERP systems preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
