Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee benefits, policy implementation, and compliance. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR operations.

• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and company standards.

• Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance.

• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Foster positive employee relations and promote an inclusive workplace culture.

• Assist in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR audits.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist roles.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HRMS/ERP systems preferred.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
