Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

• Willingness to travel for audits or HR-related assignments.
