Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)

• Maintain employee records and update internal databases

• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees/interns

• Coordinate with colleges and training institutes for internship placements

• Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports

• Monitor attendance and leave records

• Support performance review processes

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities

• Handle basic administrative and compliance tasks related to HR
