Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant at J. M. Mhatre Infra Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai. The HR Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to human resources management, HRIS, benefits administration, and training.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

• Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.

• Maintain and update employee files, both electronic and paper

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility.

• Maintain records of training programs and employee progress.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Only Preferred Male candidates.
