The HR & Admin Executive will manage both Human Resource functions and administrative operations of the company. The role ensures smooth recruitment, employee relations, compliance, office management, and day-to-day administrative support to improve organizational efficiency.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, HR database).
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Conduct induction, orientation, and training coordination.
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement.
Organize meetings, travel, and accommodation for staff when required.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment, safety, and hygiene.
Maintain administrative records, documentation, and reports.
Support management in drafting letters, circulars, and communications.
Handle general inquiries and coordinate between departments for smooth functioning.
