Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems.
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Prepare HR letters, documentation, and employment-related communications.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist with ESIC, EPF, and other statutory documentation and filings.
