Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files (both physical and digital) ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing welcome materials, setting up orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth introduction for new hires.
Employee Engagement: Help coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives, such as team-building events, surveys, and recognition programs.
HR Administration: Provide general administrative support, including preparing HR reports, handling HR-related correspondence, and organizing HR files and records.
Manage Attendance: Make Sure to Maintain Dailly Attendance of Our All Sites.
Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by keeping up to date with relevant HR regulations.
Payroll Support: Assist with payroll administration, including time tracking, attendance records, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
