Job Title: HR Executive (50% Recruitment, 50% Operations)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday

🎯 Key Responsibilities
📌 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (50%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilize various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate assessments.
Extend job offers and manage pre-employment documentation.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

📌 HR Operations & Compliance (50%)
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave balances.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
Conduct Campus Placements
✅ Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in HR roles with exposure to both recruitment and operations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
