Apnabusinez.com is a fast-evolving CA & Professional Services firm specializing in Audit, Tax, Compliance, Client Acquisition, Field Sales, and HR Services. With a vision to achieve ₹200 Cr revenue by 2027, we are scaling rapidly and need an HR Assistant who can be the driving force behind smooth hiring, structured payroll, and seamless HR operations.
As our HR Assistant, you will not just process paperwork—you’ll help shape our workforce. You will work closely with HR leadership to:
Recruit the Right Talent
Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.
Screen and schedule candidates for roles from Sales to Digital Marketing to Accounting.
Coordinate pre-onboarding & document collection.
Power Our Payroll & Compliance
Collect attendance & incentive data across all teams.
Process payroll using Tally (with statutory deductions: PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
Generate payslips, ensure compliance, and assist in filing statutory returns.
Keep HR Operations Running Smoothly
Maintain digital & physical employee records.
Prepare offer letters, ID cards, induction kits.
Monitor attendance, leave, and probation confirmations.
Drive Engagement & Culture
Execute our Monthly Recognition & Engagement Framework.
Organize greetings, events, and internal announcements.
Support Exit & Audit Processes
Coordinate clearance, exit interviews, and documentation.
Assist during internal & statutory HR audits.
Qualification: BBA/MBA HR or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years in HR operations (Freshers with HR internship experience can apply).
Familiarity with Tally Payroll and basic HRMS tools is an advantage.
Good command of MS Excel, documentation, and compliance basics (Karnataka).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month + performance-based incentives.
