The HR is responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations while ensuring strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and performance processes alongside monitoring compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and ensuring legal/ethical practices across the organization.
Support payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.) are accurate and timely.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Facilitate training, learning, and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
Conduct compliance audits, inspections, and field visits as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS/Compliance software knowledge preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
