Alpha alliances We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and administrative functions. The HR Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth HR processes and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).

Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).

Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.

Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Maintain HR-related documentation, databases, and HRMS tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Fresher in an HR role (entry-level candidates with internships can also be considered).

Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate MBA in HR.
