Job Role : HR Administrator
Location : Thane
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
Coordinate HR projects such as job fairs and employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll processing by tracking attendance, leaves, and bonuses.
Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
Oversee travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodations for employees.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
