Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Fleet Management:
Oversee daily operations of the agency’s fleet.
Coordinate driver hiring and maintain driver records.
Ensure all vehicles are road-ready and maintained properly.
Driver Recruitment & Management:
Hire drivers on a regular basis as per requirement.
Conduct basic background checks and documentation for new drivers.
Monitor driver discipline, dress code, and time punctuality.
Coordination & Communication:
Share trip details with both drivers and guests promptly.
Coordinate pickups, drops, and changes in schedule with accuracy.
Respond to client and internal emails on time.
Client Handling & Feedback:
Be the communication point for clients for booking confirmations or queries.
Collect feedback from clients post-trip and report insights to management.
Documentation & Reports:
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports of fleet usage, bookings, client feedback, etc.
Keep HR files and admin paperwork organized.
Other Admin Duties:
Support management in various office tasks.
Maintain records related to office supplies, staff attendance, and leave management.
