We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of office support tasks while ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace.
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, well-organized office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics
Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital)
Coordinate with various departments for internal support and communication
Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and basic IT support needs
Handle courier services, visitor management, and front desk duties (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
