Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, Joining and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Monitor payroll, attendance, PF ESIC and leave management.
Identify training needs and support learning & development programs.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in HR roles (with at least 2–3 years in a senior position).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
