About the Role:

Revenus Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR/Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support general HR operations. The role also involves occasional travel to our branches across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates via job portals and social media.

• Coordinate hiring processes and conduct background checks.

• Support payroll, attendance, and employee documentation.

• Visit branches as needed for recruitment or HR/admin tasks.

• Assist in employee engagement and policy implementation.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Admin.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and resume databases.

• Good communication skills and sound judgment.

• Willingness to travel and work 6 days a week.
