• Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate statutory filings and audits as required

• Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave, etc.)

  • Provide insights to management for decision-making
