Exp: 3-4 Years in Attendance Management, Recruitment and Admin

Key Roles & Responsibilities for HR/Admin Executive Office Management:
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination among departments.
Communication Facilitation:
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and others, ensuring effective information flow.
Document Control:
Maintain and organize critical documents, including records, compliance certificates, and standard operating procedures.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, assisting in audits and implementing necessary changes.
Human Resources Support:
Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and coordinate training and development programs.
Financial Administration:
Handle budgeting tasks, monitor expenditures, and assist in financial reporting and analysis.
Scheduling and Planning:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events and collect and communicate employee grievances to HR
Project Coordination:
Support project planning and execution by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among team members.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that health and safety standards are met, conducting regular checks and facilitating necessary training.
