Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing manpower for our clients, ensuring successful onboarding, and addressing employee concerns on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and recruit manpower for various client requirements.

• Conduct field visits to find potential candidates and mobilize them effectively.

• Coordinate interviews, selections, and ensure smooth joining of candidates.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing client demands.

• Address and resolve any employee concerns or issues on the client’s site (floor level).

• Build strong relationships with both employees and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field recruitment or manpower sourcing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Familiarity with industrial or blue-collar hiring is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed for sourcing and onboarding.
