We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to manage day-to-day HR operations along with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be a multitasker with good communication and coordination skills.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and attendance
Coordinate performance review processes
Handle employee queries and grievances
Support in payroll inputs and leave management
Assist in employee engagement activities
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Handle petty cash and basic expense tracking
Organize company events, meetings, and travel logistics
Maintain cleanliness and smooth office operations
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration or similar)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
