Job Title: HR + Admin Executive
Location: Mall Road, Kanpur

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Duties:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
Manage payroll coordination and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Administrative Duties:
Oversee daily office operations and vendor management.
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, supplies, and facilities.
Coordinate with the accounts team for bills, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Maintain records related to admin activities, AMC, and service agreements.
Support logistics and inventory-related operations as needed.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HRMS or attendance software
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
