Internship Opportunity:  

Location: Powai (Mumbai)

Duration: 3 months

Roles & Responsibilities  

1.      End-to-End Recruitment:

●       Sourcing and screening candidates from various platforms.

●       Coordinating interviews and assessments.

●       Assisting in finalizing candidates and rolling out offers.

2.      Creative Recruitment Strategies:

●       Developing innovative and effective ways to attract top talent.

●       Creating appealing job descriptions, campaigns, and content to promote job openings.

3.      Data Analysis and Reporting:

●       Analysing hiring metrics and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process.

●       Maintaining accurate and updated candidate records.

4.      Communication and Coordination:

●       Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

●       Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates.

5.      Multi-tasking and Execution:

●       Handling multiple job openings simultaneously.

●       Ensuring timely and seamless execution of recruitment tasks.
