This role involves identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating their suitability. You will also be responsible for labour compliances conflict handling , liaisoning with various govt. and private departments updating job ads and conducting background checks. The person shall also be responsible for the administration works like repair and maintenance of the building and facilities.The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 CTC along with career growth opportunities.
