The HR Admin is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance management, and office operations. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and provides administrative support to the management and employees.
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.
Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, and experience letters.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, stationery, and general administrative operations.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for office upkeep.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for staff.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Support management in organizing meetings, events, and office functions.
Bachelor’s degree prefered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) preferred.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
