Key Responsibilities not limited to
o Overall Responsibility
o Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the training center.
o Ensure the smooth execution of training programs and related activities.
o Staff Management
o Supervise, guide and advise all Teachers, Field Officers, Admin and Housekeeping staff at the centre
o Ensure all staff members adhere to organizational policies and timelines for attendance, leave, and compliance requirements.
o Student Engagement:
o Address student (prospective, current and past) concerns promptly to maintain a conducive and effective learning environment.
o Ensure active engagement with students to enhance their learning outcomes.
o Administrative Functions
o Manage facility operations, procurement of supplies, and logistics coordination.
o Maintain proper documentation for inventory and administrative tasks.
o Impact Analysis
o Conduct post-course impact analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
o Prepare detailed reports on outcomes and areas of improvement.
o Execution
o Implement employee engagement activities as per the HR-provided plan.
o Financial Management & compliances
o Manage and control operating expenses with necessary approvals.
o Ensure accurate financial documentation and maintain records for audit purposes.
o Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
o Documentation & MIS Management
o Maintain and update MIS records for training attendance, impact analysis, and center operations.
o Prepare and submit regular performance reports on center operations and outcomes.
o Ensure Field Officers and Teachers update all required attendance, leave, and compliance details on time.
