The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment of caregivers/nurses, employee relations, compliance, and daily administrative functions of the home healthcare business. The role ensures smooth coordination between caregivers, patients, families, and internal teams to deliver quality healthcare services at home.
Handle end-to-end recruitment of caregivers, nurses, and support staff (job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee database including attendance, shift rosters, leaves, and contracts.
Ensure all staff have valid certifications, IDs, and medical fitness records.
Support payroll process by preparing attendance and shift reports.
Conduct induction & orientation programs for new recruits.
Handle employee grievances and ensure discipline & compliance with HR policies.
Organize caregiver/nurse training and upskilling programs.
Monitor caregiver performance and share feedback with management.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate caregiver/nurse scheduling and assign staff for patient needs.
Maintain records of patient-service agreements, contracts, and invoices.
Liaise with patients/families for caregiver deployment, feedback, and service follow-up.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, uniforms, ID cards, and medical equipment.
Support management in preparing MIS reports, letters, and internal communication.
Organize staff meetings, travel, and accommodation when required.
Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Operations, and Accounts departments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or service industry.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff and patients’ families.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/operations software.
Ability to manage multiple caregivers, shifts, and patient requests efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset, with empathy and patience in handling sensitive healthcare needs.
