Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting human resource functions with a primary focus on Administration & Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination.

• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation.

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll coordination.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.

• Handle administrative responsibilities such as office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic HR tools.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
