Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)

• Maintain and update HR records and databases (digital & physical)

• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding formalities

• Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, payroll, leaves, and benefits

• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Administrator or similar role

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure

• Familiarity with handling HR functions in SME or mid-sized organizations preferred
