Work Schedule: 7 days a week
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
We are looking for a dedicated and efficient HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, administrative tasks, and site management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of handling both people and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee files and update HR systems regularly.
Address employee concerns and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening and scheduling interviews.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
Oversee daily administrative operations at the site.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility agencies.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security protocols are followed.
Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by management.
Manage petty cash, billing, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws such as:
Shops & Establishments Act
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
Bonus & Gratuity Act
PF & ESI regulations
Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act
Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate monthly PF & ESI submissions with accounts/HR teams.
Ensure timely renewal and display of statutory notices at the workplace.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and labour officer visits.
Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills.
Must be willing to work on-site at Tarali.
Comfortable with long shifts (9 AM – 9 PM).
Ability to handle a 7-day operational environment
