Job Title: Field Recruiter – Kadapa District

Location: Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh
Work Mode: Field-Based (with local travel)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the Kadapa District. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions, especially in field operations, sales, logistics, and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local networks, colleges, and employment exchanges

• Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS

• Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities of selected candidates

• Build strong networks with local institutes, training centers, and employment agencies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline) – MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (field hiring preferred)

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English

• Ability to travel within Kadapa District for recruitment drives

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
