Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Delivery Associates (DAs) or Picker / Packer Associates (SAs). The role involves field-based sourcing, walk-in drives, documentation checks, and onboarding for fulfillment centers or delivery hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring Operations:

  • Source candidates for DA/SA roles through field visits, job fairs, referrals, and local networks.

  • Conduct walk-in recruitment drives and onboarding camps in urban and semi-urban areas.

  • Coordinate with hub/facility managers to forecast manpower needs.
