Conduct daily field visits and check-ins with on-ground staff to ensure attendance and task completion
• Monitor and enforce compliance with operational SOPs, safety norms, and client expectations
• Handle last-minute absenteeism, no-shows, and dropouts by coordinating with recruitment and backup teams
• Provide real-time updates to the Operations Executive and City Manager on field challenges
• Train and onboard new field staff as needed; mentor underperforming employees
• Report incidents, violations, or safety concerns from the field promptly
• Maintain discipline and morale among field teams
• Assist during audits or client visits to field locations
