Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different locations to identify and source candidates.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet manpower requirements.

• Conduct interviews, screenings, and initial evaluations.

• Build and maintain relationships with local networks, agencies, and institutions for candidate sourcing.

• Ensure timely hiring to meet project and company needs.

• Support in onboarding and joining formalities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment, preferably field hiring.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet manpower targets.

• Good communication skills (local language knowledge is a plus).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
