- We’re hiring Field recruiter to manage rider hiring and delivery operations for our grocery & store delivery business.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and onboard delivery riders on the field.

• Manage operations for your assigned store.

• Ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Handle attendance, payouts, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Min.12th pass,

• 1+ year experience in field sales / rider hiring preferred.

• Must have Android phone + own bike/scooter.

• Should speak and read the regional language
