About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Field Recruiter to drive recruitment of delivery associates

(delivery boys) for our logistics operations. The role involves field sourcing, conducting

interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sourcing through job fairs, walk-ins, local vendors, institutes, and

community networks.

• Screen candidates based on eligibility (age, driving license, vehicle, smartphone).

• Organize and conduct interviews, document verification, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.

• Report daily recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in field recruitment / blue-collar hiring.

• Strong local network and sourcing ability.

• Good communication skills in local language & Hindi/English.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the region.

Important Details:

1. 15 delivery associates to be onboarded minimum in one month

2. They should work for 2 weeks minimum with us

3. 1000 INR incentive credit per delivery associate from the 16th delivery associate

joining

4. Salary credit date of 2nd each month
