Role &Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively in the field for recruitment activities.

• The recruiter will be responsible for visiting labour markets, industrial areas, villages, residential colonies, and other sourcing locations to identify and hire candidates.

• Daily field visits are mandatory to achieve hiring targets.

• The role requires direct interaction with potential candidates and conducting on-the-spot screening and recruitment drives.

• The recruiter must ensure candidate joining and maintain regular follow-up until onboarding is completed.

Simple Version:

• Must be comfortable with field work.

• Responsible for hiring labour and housekeeping staff through field visits.

• Daily travel to different locations for candidate sourcing and recruitment.

• Follow up with candidates until they join the company.
