Sourcing & Screening Candidates
Use job portals, local vendors, field drives, references, and walk-ins.
Conduct telephonic and in-person screenings.
Coordination with Clients/Operations
Understand manpower requirements clearly (numbers, locations, JD).
Regularly update operations team on sourcing status.
Field Recruitment
Conduct field visits to tap local markets.
Organize job camps and on-ground hiring drives.
Onboarding & Documentation
Ensure candidates complete joining formalities.
Collect and verify documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank, etc.).
Attendance & Retention Follow-up
Track Day-1, Day-3, and Day-7 joining.
Coordinate for replacement if a candidate drops out.
Vendor Management (if applicable)
Liaise with external agencies/vendors for bulk hiring.
Monitor performance and cost-effectiveness.
